Reliable RAM is a technology operations firm that sources, verifies, and liquidates surplus hardware. We are not an IT company. IT companies fix what breaks. We build what should exist, maintain what is built, and systematically eliminate the conditions that cause reactive support in the first place.

Our primary sourcing is institutional surplus — government technology refreshes, law enforcement fleet disposition, enterprise decommission. This equipment has documentation. It has chain of custody. It came from organizations with procurement standards, which means the baseline is higher than consumer resale channels.

Before anything lists for sale, it goes through a 13-step process: intake and SKU assignment, verification and risk classification, evidence photography, cataloging, pricing, listing packet assembly, and channel publishing. Every unit that reaches a buyer has been photographed, documented, and disclosed to the best of our ability.

What we cannot test, we say so. What was not included, we say so. The evidence photos are the complete record of the item's condition at time of listing. We do not use vague condition labels. We use specific disclosure.
