How we operate

As-Is Policy

All hardware is sold as-is, with no warranty expressed or implied beyond what is explicitly stated in the individual listing. The evidence photos, condition disclosure, and inclusions list in each listing are the complete representation of the item at time of sale. Reliable RAM does not warrant fitness for a particular purpose.

No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. This policy exists because we are explicit about condition before purchase, and every buyer has the opportunity to ask questions before completing a transaction. If an item arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, we will assist in filing a carrier claim — we do not process refunds or replacements for buyer remorse.

Condition Disclosure

Every listing discloses: what was tested, what was not tested, what is included, and what is not included. 'Used-Tested' means the item powered on and basic function was verified. 'Power-On-Only' means the item demonstrated power function only. 'Untested' means no testing was possible. 'Parts-Only' means the item is sold for components, not function.

Payment

Reliable RAM accepts payment exclusively through Stripe. We do not accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay (outside of Stripe), or any other peer-to-peer payment platform. No exceptions. This policy protects both parties.

Shipping

We ship within the continental United States. International shipping is not available. Items are packed with appropriate protective materials for category. Tracking is provided for all shipments. Shipping cost is calculated based on actual weight, dimensions, and destination at time of sale.

Consignment

Reliable RAM accepts hardware on consignment from qualified supply partners. The standard split is 60% to Reliable RAM / 40% to the supply partner on net sale price after fees. Consignment partners are bound by our condition disclosure standards — items that cannot be accurately disclosed will not be listed.
